WORKSHOP MEETING
NOVEMBER 4, 1999

A.    CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL

A workshop meeting of the Board of Directors of the Stinson Beach County Water District was called to order by President Zell at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 4, 1999, at the District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway, in Stinson Beach, California.

C.    ADOPTION OF AGENDA

The agenda was adopted as presented.

D.    GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Formation of Water Management Plan Committee - The Board discussed various financial, distributional, seasonal, logistical and legal implications regarding a Water Management Plan. The following members were appointed to the Water Management Plan Committee; Jim Zell, SBCWD Board President, Joe Veit, SBCWD Director, Richard Dinges, SBCWD General Manager, William Tacherra, SBCWD Plant Supervisor and Tony Lewis, habitat restoration advocate. A letter will be drafted to request a representative from the GGNRA to be appointed to the Committee. The Committee planned to meet every two months.

No committee reports.

F.    Projects

Richard Dinges stated that installation of the Buena Vista pressure reducing station is currently in progress.

Motion to adjourn made by Joe Veit, seconded by Elizabeth Sapania, unanimous approval to adjourn at 5:00 p.m..
