A. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
A workshop meeting of the Board of Directors of the Stinson Beach County Water District was
called to order by President Zell at 4:10 p.m. on Wednesday, October 6, 1999, at the District Office
at 3785 Shoreline Highway, in Stinson Beach, California.

The agenda was adopted as presented.
D. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Receipt of Financial Statements for August, 1999 Financials - The Board received the financial statements for August, 1999. The Board discussed pending changes in accounting personnel and procedure.
- Consideration of Dump Truck Replacement - Richard Dinges summarized the Manager's Report. The Board discussed lease and purchase options concerning replacement of the currently owned 1977 dump truck.
- Review of Title IV Wastewater Revisions - Richard Dinges summarized the Manager's Report. The Board received the current revisions to the Code and discussed further possible changes.
