SPECIAL MEETING

A.    CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL

President Morey Nelsen called to order the Special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Stinson Beach County Water District on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., held at the Stinson Beach Community Center, 30 Belvedere, Stinson Beach.

Directors present:
Morey Nelsen, President
Jim Zell, Vice President
Lawrence Baskin, Director
Barbara Boucke, Director
Sandra Cross, Director

Temporary General Manager present:
Ed Schmidt

B.    PUBLIC EXPRESSION

None.

C.    SETTING OF AGENDA

The agenda as presented was approved unanimously by the board.

D.    CLOSED DOOR SESSION

The meeting was adjourned to closed door session at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957, public employee interviews for the General Manager position.

E.    OPEN SESSION

The meeting reconvened in open session at 1:00 p.m. No action was taken during the closed door session.

F.    ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 1:00 p.m. The next regular meeting will take place on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at 9:30 a.m.
