A.    CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL

Vice President Jim Zell called a Workshop meeting of the Board of Directors of the Stinson Beach County Water District to order at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 5, 2004, at the District Office located at 3785 Shoreline Highway in Stinson Beach, California.

Treasurer Absent:
Barbara Boucke

Staff present:
Richard Dinges, General Manager/Secretary to the Board

The meeting was adjourned due to lack of a quorum. The agenda item "Discussion/Review of Preliminary Draft Budget" was continued to a future meeting.
