BOARD MEETING MINUTES

SPECIAL MEETING
September 7, 2001

A.    CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL

President Robert Oliver called a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Stinson Beach County Water District to order at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 7, 2001, at the District Office located at 3785 Shoreline Highway in Stinson Beach, California.

Robert Oliver, President
Charles Dutkin, Vice President
Elizabeth Sapanai, Director
Joe Veit, Director
Jim Zell, Director

Staff present:
Richard Dinges, General Manager

Counsel present:
Steve Peck of Hanson, Bridgett, Marcus, Vlahos & Rudy

B.    PUBLIC EXPRESSION

Jeffrey Trotter, of Shakespeare at Stinson, submitted a plan to the Board and discussed project requirements, conditioned space, and the addition of 45 persons to the SAS use permit.

C.    SETTING OF AGENDA

The agenda was adopted as presented.

D.    CLOSED SESSION

  1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation: The Board, General Manager and District Counsel met in closed session to discuss the Martinelli vs. Shoreline Disposal litigation.
  2. Return to Open Session: No action was taken.

E.    ADJOURNMENT

Motion to adjourn made by Director Veit, seconded by Director Sapanai, meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m. by unanimous vote.
