A.    CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL

President Jim Zell called a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Stinson Beach County Water District to order at 4:05 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2000, at the District Office located at 3785 Shoreline Highway in Stinson Beach, California.

1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation: The Board met in closed session. No action was taken.
