DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASSEMBLY BILL 361, WHICH MODIFIES GOVERNMENT CODE 54953,
THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED BY TELECONFERENCE ONLY. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC MAY NOT ATTEND THIS MEETING IN PERSON.

A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Consider and reaffirm Resolution GB-2021-07 making findings pursuant to Assembly 361 that the proclaimed state of emergency continues to impact the ability to meet safely in person.
- Election of Stinson Beach County Water District Board President and Vice President for Calendar Year 2022.
- Discussion re: District Committee Membership by the incoming Board President.
- Discussion and possible re: leak reduction request, 140 Seadrift Road. Janet Van Etten, owners representative. Account 6210.
- Update from Stetson Engineers re: new well research.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff to consider a request from Richard Reasoner to publish a list of landscape providers on the District website.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a donation request from the Stinson Beach Volunteer Firefighters Association.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a donation request from the Stinson Beach Community Center..
E. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the November 20, 2021 meeting.
F. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for October 29 through November 17, 2021 and November 18 through December 1, 2021.
G. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
H. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
I. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
J. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
