DUE TO COVID-19 AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNOR'S EXECUTIVE ORDERS WHICH SUSPEND PORTIONS OF THE BROWN ACT, THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED BY TELECONFERENCE ONLY. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC MAY NOT ATTEND THIS MEETING IN PERSON.

A. CALL TO ORDER

The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.

B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION

Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.

C. SETTING OF AGENDA

The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.

D. PUBLIC HEARING

1. Discussion and possible direction to staff re: Variance Hearing for the installation of a new alternative wastewater system for a property located at 183 Seadrift Road, Stinson Beach. Anne Kerr and Matthew L'Heureux, Owners. Account #7575.
2. Review and adoption of an Operations and Maintenance Budget and Capital Improvement Program Budget for Fiscal Year 2021/2022. This item is continued from the last Board meeting on Saturday, May 15, 2021.
3. Review and adoption of a Draft Resolution Establishing an Employee Benefit Program for the Fiscal Year 2021/2022. This item is continued from the last Board meeting on Saturday, May 15, 2021.
4. Discussion and possible direction to staff re: the establishment of the Gann Property Tax Appropriations Limit for the District for Fiscal Year 2021-2022.

E. GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Discussion and possible direction to staff re: graywater recycling.
2. Review and discussion of Stinson Beach Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) Climatic Adaptation Study.
3. Discussion and possible direction to staff re: drought ordinances.
4. Discussion and possible direction to staff re: reconnaissance-level study to identify options for new groundwater wells.

F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the May 15, 2021 meeting.

G. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS

The Board will consider approval of disbursements April 29, 2021 through May 26, 2021.

H. MANAGER'S REPORT

The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.

I. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW

Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.

J. CORRESPONDENCE

The Board will review recent District correspondence.

K. ADJOURNMENT

The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
