THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED BY TELECONFERENCE ONLY. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC MAY NOT ATTEND THIS MEETING IN PERSON.

A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. PUBLIC HEARING
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Draft Resolution Granting a Variance to the Requirements of the Stinson Beach County Water District Wastewater Treatment Regulations Ordinance No. 2014-04 to Utilize an Existing 1200-gallon Septic Tank and Reduce a Site Criteria Setback for a Property Located at 6 Calle del Pinos, Stinson Beach
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Temporary Restroom (Portable Chemical Toilet) Permit Application for Seadrift Association, Stinson Beach
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: Approval of the District’s Steep Ravine Water Tank Coating and Repairs Project; Approval to file a notice of exemption for the project with the County of Marin; and Authorization to issue notices of award to the tank coating and repair contractor and the tank coating inspector.
- Review and adoption of an Operations and Maintenance Budget and Capital Improvement Program Budget for Fiscal Year 2020/2021. This item is continued from the previous Board meeting on Saturday, May 16, 2020.
- Review and adoption of a Draft Resolution Establishing an Employee Benefit Program for the Fiscal Year 2020/2021. This item is continued from the previous Board meeting on Saturday, May 16, 2020.
E. GENERAL BUSINESS
None.
F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
May 16, 2020 meeting.
G. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for April and May 2020.
H. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
I. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
J. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
K. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
