DUE TO COVID-19 AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNOR'S EXECUTIVE ORDERS WHICH SUSPEND PORTIONS OF THE BROWN ACT, THIS MEETING
WILL BE CONDUCTED BY TELECONFERENCE ONLY. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC MAY NOT ATTEND THIS MEETING IN PERSON.

A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. PUBLIC HEARING
- Review of the Draft Operations and Maintenance Budget and Capital Improvement Program Budget for Fiscal Year 2020/2021 and continue the Public Hearing until the next Board meeting on Saturday, June 20, 2020.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Draft Resolution Establishing an Employee Benefit Program for the Fiscal Year 2020/2021 and continue the Public Hearing until the next Board meeting on Saturday, June 20, 2020.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Draft Resolution Proposing an Election be held in its jurisdiction and requesting the Board of Supervisors to consolidate with any other election conducted on said date, and requesting election services by the Marin County Elections Department.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Draft Resolution Granting a Variance to the Requirements of the Stinson Beach County Water District Wastewater Treatment Regulations Ordinance No. 2014-04 to Utilize an Alternative Wastewater System, for a Property Located at 1 Joaquin Patio, Stinson Beach
- 2019-2020 Marin County Civil Grand Jury Report: Follow-Up Report on Web Transparency of Agency Compensation Practices
- Powerwall Battery Back Up Proposal
- Construction and Design Permit Extensions
E. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Review and possible direction to staff to submit the 2020 Water Quality/Consumer Confidence Report to all of the District's customers if requested.
F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
April 18, 2020 meeting.
G. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for March and April 2020.
H. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
I. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
J. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
K. CLOSED DOOR SESSION
Pursuant to California Government Code section 54957, Public Employee Performance Evaluation, Title: General Manager.
L. OPEN DOOR SESSION
Consideration of Amendment to Agreement with General Manager for Possible Modification to Salary and/or Benefits.
M. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
