DUE TO COVID-19 AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNOR'S EXECUTIVE ORDERS WHICH SUSPEND PORTIONS OF THE BROWN ACT, THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED BY TELECONFERENCE ONLY. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC MAY NOT ATTEND THIS MEETING IN PERSON.

A. CALL TO ORDER

The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.

B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION

Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.

C. SETTING OF AGENDA

The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.

D. PUBLIC HEARING

  1. Consideration of Resolution Granting a Variance to a Site Criteria Setback and for a New Alternative Wastewater System at 288 Seadrift Road, Robbins Trust, Owner, Account No. 6830.
  2. Discussion and possible approval of a Billing Rate Increase for Hanson Bridgett LLP, the District’s Legal Counsel.
  3. Authorization of Solicitation of Bids for Work on the Steep Ravine Water Tank Project.

E. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the February 15, 2020 meeting.

F. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS

The Board will consider approval of disbursements for February 2020.

G. MANAGER'S REPORT

The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.

H. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW

Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.

I. CORRESPONDENCE

The Board will review recent District correspondence.

J. ADJOURNMENT

The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
