Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, December 21, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Election of Stinson Beach County Water District Board President and Vice President for Calendar Year 2020.
E. PUBLIC HEARING - 9:40 A.M.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Variance Application to install a new alternative wastewater system at 180 Seadrift Road, James Herbert, Owner, Account No. 6410.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Variance Application to install a new alternative wastewater system at 182 Seadrift Road, James Herbert, Owner, Account No. 6420.
F. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Review of the District's Draft Basic Financial Statements as at June 30, 2019.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff to grant a Water Use Charge Reduction Request for Mr. and Mrs. Michael Peri, 410 Calle del Mar, Account No. 506001.
- Discussion re: District Committee Membership by the Board President.
G. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
November 16, 2019 meeting.
H. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for November 21, 2019.
I. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
J. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
K. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
L. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
