Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. PUBLIC HEARING
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Resubmitted/Redesign Application to install a new standard pressure dosed wastewater system at 6976 Panoramic Highway, Barbara Hancock, Owner, Account No. 3937. [POSTPONED TO THE AUGUST 17, 2019 BOARD MEETING]
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Variance Application to install a new alternative wastewater system at 208 Seadrift Road, Jay Cohen Residence Trust, Account No. 6520.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Variance Application to install a new alternative wastewater system at 209 Dipsea Road, Garrison & Thomas, Owners, Account No. 8160.
E. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Discussion and possible direction to staff regarding the establishment of the Gann Property Tax Appropriations Limit for the District for Fiscal Year 2019 - 2020.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff regarding the District's written and planned interaction with other community organizations in addressing community disasters.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff to grant a Water Use Charge Reduction Request for Carol Benet, 200 Buena Vista Avenue, Account #484001.
F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
June 15, 2019 meeting.
G. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for June 14, 2019.
H. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
I. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
J. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
K. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
