Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, May 18, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. PUBLIC HEARING
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Variance Application to repair a wastewater system at 191 Seadrift Road, Douglas S. Andelin, Owner, Account No. 7555.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Variance Application to install a new alternative wastewater system at 196 Seadrift Road, Robin Steele, Owner, Account No. 6480.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Variance Application to install a new alternative wastewater system at 342 Seadrift Road, Jeffery Mazet, Owner, Account No. 7080.
- Review of the Draft Operations and Maintenance Budget and Capital Improvement Program Budget for Fiscal Year 2019/2020 and continue the Public Hearing until the next Board meeting on Saturday, June 15, 2019.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Draft Resolution Establishing an Employee Benefit Program for the Fiscal Year 2019/2020 and continue the Public Hearing until the next Board meeting on Saturday, June 15, 2019.
E. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Review and possible direction to staff to submit the 2018 Water Quality/Consumer Confidence Report to all of the District's customers if requested.
F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
April 20, 2019 meeting.
G. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for April 17 and April 24, 2019.
H. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
I. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
J. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
K. CLOSED DOOR SESSION
Pursuant to California Government Code section 54957, Public Employee Performance Evaluation, Title: General Manager
L. OPEN DOOR SESSION
Consideration of Amendment to Agreement with General Manager for Possible Modification to Salary and/or Benefits.
M. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
