Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 9:30 a.m. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. PUBLIC HEARING
- Review appeal of Richard and Molley Lowry, Owners, 110 Seadrift Road, Account No. 6060 re: Failed System Citation.
- Discuss possible extension of the new alternative wastewater system construction completion date due to unforeseen PG&E electrical line conflict at 9 Jose Patio, Ryan Lange and Melissa Kaselitz, Owners, Account No. 1440.
E. FINANCIAL REPORTS
The Board will review financial reports.
F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
October 20, 2018 meeting.
G. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for October 18, October 25, November 1 and 5, 2018.
H. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
I. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
J. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
K. CLOSED DOOR SESSION
Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation/Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2), One Potential Case.
L. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
