Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 9:30 a.m. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.

A. CALL TO ORDER

The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.

B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION

Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.

C. SETTING OF AGENDA

The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.

D. PUBLIC HEARING

1. Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Variance Application for replacement of a wastewater system at 330 Calle del Mar, Tim Lyman, Owner, Account No. 4670.

E. GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Discussion and possible action regarding Bolinas Community Public Utility District's Proposal for Contributions to the Bolinas- Stinson Resource Recovery Project.
2. Review of the District's Draft Basic Financial Statements and the Draft Memorandum on Internal Controls as at June 30, 2016.
3. Discussion and possible action regarding: SBCWD, Onsite Wastewater Management Program Annual Report, to the Regional Water Quality Control Board, July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.

F. FINANCIAL REPORTS

The Board will recview financial reports.

G. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the February 15, 2017 meeting.

H. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS

The Board will consider approval of disbursements for February 18, 2017.

I. MANAGER'S REPORT

The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.

J. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW

Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.

K. CORRESPONDENCE

The Board will review recent District correspondence.

L. CLOSED DOOR SESSION

Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) Name of Case: Brian Johnson v. Stinson Beach County Water District, Case No. CIV 1604516.

The Board will review recent District correspondence.

M. ADJOURNMENT

The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
