Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, November 21, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. PUBLIC HEARING
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Hearing for Property located at 141 Calle del Arroyo, Victor Zilinskas and Tanya Zilinskas Naouri, Owners, Account #1420.
E. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Discussion and possible direction to staff to issue a Notice of Award and Contract for the drilling of a test well to be located at the District's Laurel Water Treatment Plant.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a request for contribution of funds to the Resource Recovery Center, Bolinas.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: the purchase of the Springbrook utility billing system from Accela Corporation, San Francisco, CA.
- Update from staff on the pending purchase of new water meters from National Meter and Automation, Inc., Santa Rosa, CA.
- Review of information from the Special Board Meeting held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 on Sea Level Rise and possible direction to staff.
F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
October 17, 2015 meeting.
G. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for October 13 and October 28,
2015.
H. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
I. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
J. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
K. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
