Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, October 17, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. PUBLIC HEARING
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Variance Request for a new wastewater system for property located at 253 Seadrift Road, Thomas and Linda Coates, Owners, APN 195-340-87.
E. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Discussion and possible approval of a proposal titled "Supply and Delivery of Water Meters and Automatic Meter Reading System" dated September 1, 2015.
- Presentation of the District's Digital Mapping System by Rich Souza.
- Discussion and possible concurrence on the Local Project Sponsor Agreement between the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG), the San Francisco Estuary Partnership (SFEP) and the Stinson Beach County Water District for the Proposition 84 Integrated Regional Water Management 2014 Drought Grant and possible direction to staff regarding the appointment of a representative to the LPS Committee.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff regarding a letter from Liza Goldblatt, West Marin Mosquito Abatement.
- Discussion and possible appointment of a representative to the Stinson Beach Village Association Ad Hoc Committee formed to review and make recommendations to the Marin County Board of Supervisors regarding LCP amendments.
F. FINANCIAL REPORTS
The Board will receive financial reports.
G. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
September 19, 2015. meeting.
H. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for September 9 and September
29, 2015.
I. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
J. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
K. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
L. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
