Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, May 19, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.

A. CALL TO ORDER

The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.

B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION

Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.

C. SETTING OF AGENDA

The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.

D. PUBLIC HEARING

1. Discussion and possible direction to staff re: SBCWD Operations and Maintenance Budget for Fiscal Year 2012-2013, (continued from the Saturday, April 21, 2012, Board Meeting.)
2. Discussion and possible direction to staff re SBCWD Capital Improvement Budget through Fiscal Year 2016/17, (continued from the Saturday, April 21, 2012, Board Meeting.)

E. GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Discussion and possible direction to staff re: approving a Resolution Establishing an Employee Benefit Program for the Fiscal Year 2012-2013.

F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the April 21, 2012 meeting.

G. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS

The Board will consider approval of disbursements for April 18 and April 26, 2012.

H. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The Board will reveiw the Operating Report - March 2012, Investment Report - March 2012, and Cash Flow Report - March 2012.

I. MANAGER'S REPORT

The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.

J. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW

Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.

K. CORRESPONDENCE

The Board will review recent District correspondence.

L. ADJOURNMENT

The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
