Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, December 17, 2011, at 9:30 A.M. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. PUBLIC HEARING
- Discussion and possible action re: Appeal of Design Review Extension Application Denial, 3715 Shoreline Highway, Acct. #00370, Lynette S. Sutton and James H. Sutton, owners.
E. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Election of Stinson Beach County Water District Board President and Vice President for Calendar Year 2012.
- Discussion and possible action to make an appointment to fill the District's Treasurer position.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: the Stinson Beach Working Group meeting of the Marin County Local Flood Control Project.
- First review of the District's Basic Financial Statements and the Memorandum on Internal Controls.
F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
November 19, 2011 meeting.
G. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for November 16, November 30, and
December 7, 2011.
H. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
I. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
J. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
K. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
