Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, July 17, 2010, at 9:30 A.M. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Discussion and possible direction to staff regarding a District- wide election on November 2, 2010 to seek approval from the voters to increase the District's Property Tax Appropriations Limit.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: "Changes of Draft LCP Policies: Community Development, Housing, Design and Visual Resources, Commercial and Visitor Serving Uses, and Public Facilities and Services Carryover Policies."
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: Stinson Beach County Water District Resolution No. G.B. 2010-00, Adopting an Amended Conflict of Interest Code.
- Discussion of Marin County Title 22 (Development Code) Amendments - revisions to Chapter 22.27 "Native Tree Protection."
E. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of the Board of Directors Minutes for June 19, 2010.
Approval of the Wastewater Committee Meeting Minutes for April 19,
2010.
F. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
Approval of Disbursements for June 10 and June 29, 2010.
G. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
H. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
I. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
J. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
