Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 9:30 A.M. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. PUBLIC HEARING
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: a Variance Request for the on-site septic system located at #85 Buena Vista Avenue, APN# 195-193-19, Acct# 3570, property owner, Barbara Fedun
E. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Discussion and possible direction to staff to execute a communications site lease agreement with GTE Mobilenet of California Limited Partnership at the Districts Steep Ravine Tank site on Panoramic Highway. (APN# 199-040-41).
- Discussion and possible direction to staff regarding; a Water Use Charge Reduction Request from Mr. Lawrence A. Baskin for property located at 33 Calle Del Sierra, Acct# 0290.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff regarding; a Water Use Charge Reduction Request from Ms. Marion Weber for her property located at 7250 Panoramic Hwy., Acct# 4040.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff regarding a revised proposal from Todd Engineers for a Stinson Beach Hydrologic Survey Phase 2.
- Discussion and possible direction to staff, to clarify and revamp the Districts Lifeline Water Rate Program.
F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
January 16, 2010 meeting.
G. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for January 13, 2010, January 27, 2010,
and February 10, 2010.
H. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The Board will receive financial statements for the last quarter.
I. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
J. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
K. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
L. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
