Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 9:30 A.M. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
Workshop Board Meeting, June 17, 2009, the Regular Board Meeting, June 20, 2009
and the Special Board Meeting July 7, 2009 meetings.
E. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for June 15, and July 8, 2009.
F. PUBLIC HEARING
- Discussion and possible action regarding: A Waiver request for 321 Seadrift Road, Account# 7220, APN # 195-310-060, Benjamin and Patricia Winslow, Owners. The applicant seeks permission to use an alternative septic system.
- Consideration of a Water Use Charge Reduction for Property located at 118 Seadrift Road, Account # 6100, APN# 195-05-109, Ronya Ehrlich, Owner.
G. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Discussion and possible direction to staff re: Results of the Water Rate Study conducted by Camp, Dresser and McKee (CDM) and proposed Water and Wastewater rate increases. This item was continued from the Saturday, May 23, 2009 Board meeting, the Wednesday, June 17, 2009 Special Board meeting and the June 20, 2009 Board meeting.
H. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
I. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
J. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
K. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
