Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, October 18, 2008 at 9:30 A.M. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
September 20, 2008 meeting.
E. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements.
F. PUBLIC HEARING
- Discussion and possible action regarding:17 Calle Del Embarcadero, Account #0890, Scott & Kathleen Mitic, Septic System remains out of compliance, failed routine inspection ,"off" float in septic tank not operating.
G. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Discussion and possible action regarding: September 25, 2008, Sutton Coastal Permit, Use Permit and Design Review, Revised Notice of Public Hearing. October 16, 2008 DZA Hearing Item H1: Updated Drainage Plan, Revised Resolution.
- Discussion and possible action regarding: a letter from Mr. Morton Lippman, requesting an increase of $100 per month (from $250 per month to $350 per month), for picking up trash bags at the Village Green Parks.
- Discussion and possible action regarding: SBCWD ONSITE WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, ANNUAL REPORT, to the Regional Water Quality Control Board, June 30, 2007 through July 1, 2008.
- Discussion and possible action regarding: acceptance of the Districts Basic Financial Statements (Financial Audit).
- Discussion and possible direction to staff regarding: the return of FEMA money back to the office of Emergency Services.
H. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
I. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
J. CORRESPONDENCE
The Board will review recent District correspondence.
K. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
