Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, March 15, 2008 at 9:30 A.M. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.

A. CALL TO ORDER

The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.

B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION

Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.

C. SETTING OF AGENDA

The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.

D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

the Board will consider approval of draft minutes for the February 16, 2008 meeting.

E. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS

The Board will consider approval of disbursements for February 21, March 5, and March 6, 2008.

F. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The Board will review the January 2008 Operating Report and the January 2008 Investment Report.

G. GENERAL BUSINESS

1. Presentation by Steve McCaffrey of Redwood Empire Disposal Regarding Planning of a Stinson Beach Clean-Up Day.

H. MANAGER'S REPORT

The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.

I. CORRESPONDENCE

The Board will review recent District correspondence.

J. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW

Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.

K. PUBLIC HEARING

2. Discussion and Possible Direction to General Manager Regarding the General Manager's Assessment of Personnel. The Board will meet in closed session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 to Discuss Assessment of Personnel.

L. ADJOURNMENT

The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
