Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 9:30 A.M. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes for the November 17,
2007 board meeting.
E. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for November 7,
November 20 and December 4.
F. INVESTMENT REPORT
The Board will discuss the November 2007 Investment Report.
G. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Presentation from Mr. Peter Banning, Executive Office Marin Local Agency Formation Commission on LAFCO's Service Review and Sphere of Influence Report.
- Discussion and Possible Direction to Staff Regarding Request for Relief of Bi-Monthly Basic Water and Wastewater Fees at 85 Buena Vista Avenue, Stinson Beach, California.
- Marin County Civil Grand Jury Report Titled, "Retiree Health Care Costs: I Think I'm Gonna Be Sick," Dated March 19, 2007.
- Election of District Board President and Vice President for 2008: The Board will nominate and elect the 2008 President and Vice President.
H. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
I. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
J. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
