Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at 5:00P.M. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.

A. CALL TO ORDER

The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.

B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION

Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.

C. SETTING OF AGENDA

The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.

  1. Presentation of Results of Stanford University Experiments on the Dynamics and Effects of Groundwater Discharging Directly to the Ocean at Stinson Beach; Nick Sieyes, Stanford University.
  2. Consideration/Adoption of a Contract with Stetson Engineering for Creek Flow Monitoring.
  3. Consideration/Adoption of a Contract with Stetson Engineering for Water Treatment Plant Replacement Project, Phase I.
  4. Consideration/Adoption of a Draft Resolution Establishing a Budget for 2007-2008.
  5. Consideration/Adoption of Draft Resolution Establishing an Employee Benefit Program for the Fiscal Year 2007-2008.
  6. Consideration of Request by Waste Management to Assign the Garbage Collection Franchise Agreement to North Bay.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
