Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, October 21, 2006 at 9:30 A.M. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the September 4
and September 23, 2006 meetings.
E. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for the month of
September, 2006 and reimbursement requests for meeting attendance.
F. PUBLIC HEARING
- Consideration/Adoption of Draft Resolution Granting a Variance for Property Located at 221 Seadrift Road, AP# 195-331-35, Thomas and Maggie Chan: The Board will consider the Variance Request.
- Consideration/Adoption of a Draft Resolution Granting a Waiver For Property Located at 136 Buena Vista Avenue, AP# 195-174-13 Nancy Olin, Owner: The Board will consider a Waiver Request.
G. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Consideration of a Water Use Charge Reduction Request For Property Located at 175 Seadrift Road, AP# 195-031-41, Robert J. Schweitzer C/O Chris Schweitzer-Ruppe, Trustee: The Board will consider a request to grant a water use charge reduction.
- Consideration of a Water Use Charge Reduction Request For Property Located at 420 Calle del Mar, AP# 195-151-22, James R. and Suzanne C. Ritchie, Owners: The Board will consider a request to grant a water use charge reduction.
- Review of The Finalized 2005 Urban Water Management Plan (dated September 2006): The Board will review and comment on the plan.
H. COMMITTEE REPORTS/INFORMATION REVIEW
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
I. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.

Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
