Board of Directors - Special Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Wednesday, June 4, 2003 at 5:00 P.M. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. PUBLIC HEARING
- Consideration/Adoption of Draft Resolution Granting a Variance for Property Located at 6 Puenta Rizal, aka Lot 60 Puenta Rizal, AP# 195-152-06, Steven D'Ambra, Owner: The Board will consider a Variance request to utilize an alternative system and to utilize a sand filter on slopes greater than 5%.
- Consideration/Adoption of Draft Resolution Granting a Variance for Property Located at 205 Seadrift, AP# 195-331-43, George and Janet Pasha, Owners: The Board will consider a Variance request to reduce a setback to a waterway.
E. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Further Review of Draft Urban Water Management Plan Submitted by Stetson Engineers: The Board will review the "Public Review" version of the plan for final Board comment.
- Review/Comment Regarding the Draft Fiscal 2003-2004 Budget: The Board will review and comment on the final draft budget.
- Review of Shakespeare at Stinson Progress: The General Manager will update the Board on the current progress of SAS.
F. COMMITTEE REPORTS
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
G. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District projects, concerns and accomplishments.
H. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
