Board of Directors - Regular Meeting
Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Saturday, January 19, 2002 AT 9:30 A.M. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.
A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the
presence of a quorum.
B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION
Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not
on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this
time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on
the agenda. Speakers may be limited to two minutes each.
C. SETTING OF AGENDA
The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.
D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Board will consider approval of draft minutes of the
December 15, 2001 meeting.
E. APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS
The Board will consider approval of disbursements for the month of December, 2001.
F. PUBLIC HEARING
- Consideration/Adoption of a Draft Resolution Granting a Waiver at 308 Seadrift Road, AP# 195-320-05 , Patricia Anderson and David Lucchetti Trust, owners: The Board will consider granting a waiver.
- Consideration/Adoption of a Draft Resolution Granting a Waiver at 100 Seadrift Road, AP# 195-051-28 , Mary Ann Cobb Trust, owner: The Board will consider granting a waiver.
G. GENERAL BUSINESS
- Consideration of a Leak Reduction Request at 250 Seadrift, AP# 195-340-07, Steve Wisenbaker, owner: The Board will consider granting of a leak reduction.
- Review/Consideration of Draft Title III: The Board will discuss Draft Title III, Water System Regulations, and consider revisions.
H. COMMITTEE REPORTS
Members of the Board may report on their respective committees.
I. MANAGER'S REPORT
The General Manager may update the Board on current District
projects, concerns and accomplishments.
J. ADJOURNMENT
The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
