Stinson Beach County Water District
Board of Directors - Workshop Meeting

Held at the Stinson Beach County Water District Office at 3785 Shoreline Highway Wednesday, July 11, 2001 at 4:00 p.m.. Please note that this agenda is subject to change.

A. CALL TO ORDER

The Presiding officer will call the meeting to order and call the roll of members to determine the presence of a quorum.

B. PUBLIC EXPRESSION

Audience members will be invited to speak regarding matters not on the agenda; the Board can not act on items brought up at this time. Audience members may also speak regarding matters on the agenda. Speakers may be limited to five minutes each.

C. SETTING OF AGENDA

The Board may adopt or revise the agenda as presented.

D. GENERAL BUSINESS

  1. Continuation of Consideration of Nuisance Abatement at 101 Calle del Mar (aka Becker's by the Beach) AP# 195-191-16, Henry Airey, owner, Lance Becker, tenant: The General Manager will update the Board regarding ongoing repairs and correspondence.
  2. Consideration/Adoption of Resolution Authorizing the General Manager as Signatory on Department of Drinking Water Loans: The Board will consider adoption of a resolution to allow the General Manager to perform all necessary administrative tasks regarding a DHS loan.
  3. Review of Draft Fiscal 2001-2002 Budget: The Board will review the draft budget for adoption at the July 28th regular meeting.

E. ADJOURNMENT

The Board will consider a motion to adjourn the meeting.



Notice regarding Rights of Appeal: Persons who are dissatisfied with the decisions of the SBCWD Board of Directors have the right to have the decision reviewed by a State Court. The District has adopted Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure which generally limits the time within which the decision may be judicially challenged to 90 days.
